I’m not your typical business coach. I won’t teach you a typical “system in a box” for your unique company, and I won’t try to sell you some miracle marketing strategy that works every time for every person… (because there is NO such thing)
I’m also not someone who will come into your business saying “Change ‘this’ or fix ‘that’…” without even understanding how your business runs…
I’m not either of these because most business “consultants” are doing everything backwards and they don’t even know it. They are trying to treat the “symptoms” of your business’ limitations, but failing to ever identify the “cause” of what is keeping you from reaching your full potential…
Rather than wasting time with short term, good-in-theory gimmicks, I focus on the nuts-and-bolts of what it ACTUALLY takes to run a successful business in the long term…
Here’s what I know to be true…
All business owners have 2 things in common:
1) You want to be more successful financially.
2) You are human.
Why does the 2nd one matter?
Because your business and “who you are” as a human being absolutely affect one another. In other words, if you’re a mess as a human being, your business will suffer and vice versa.
However, on the other side of the coin, if you are firing on all cylinders personally, your business results can skyrocket too!
Now let’s be real. Simply having your act together does NOT guarantee success in business (but it sure stacks the cards in your favor and is a great place to start).
You still need to understand and follow business fundamentals like effective marketing, hiring & training, strategic planning, efficient business systems, etc. But if you are out of whack as person and unable to lead your team, none of these strategies will be enough to get the results you are capable of achieving.
The bottom line is this: it takes both business skills AND having your act together to dramatically improve your results.
